Was really disappointed with last pizza we ordered. Crust burnt, and they blamed it on requesting egg on the pizza?? No other pizza place burns pizza with egg on it! Would not give credit on pizza, only a replacement pizza on the spot. We had eaten other pizza ordered and burnt crust now put us off pizza for the night. Disappointed with resolution of problem. Will not be back.

Have always had great pizzas from here & the pastas are pretty good too. Been too many times to pick out one good time for myself but remember once when the staff met a disabled man in a scooter at the door to take his order & even brought his change & meal out to him. Good job! The store is alwys clean, well stocked, well staffed & food made in front of you.

Was not very impressed with the pizzas but the pasta is wonderful
however the rest of my family loved them. The service is amazing friendly and welcoming staff with very pleasent manner.

A great pizza place - we have been here for years. A little pricey but fairly good pizza. Always quick and always fresh and love their pastas. Need to have a bigger variety though.

This used to be a good ... not great ... but good cheap pizza shop. And the bonus was they opened late. So that when we were coming home from a long day out, we could stop here for pizza on the way home. But then something happened - either they changed ownership or I don't know what. But the price went up and the quality went down.

I once tried to phone order ahead so it would be ready and they got the order all wrong. Waiting time in the shop is rather long too.

Your basic pizzas - margherita, hawaiian are okay, but nothing special at all. Fills the stomach if you're hungry and they are available in the main street which is handy.

Service was pleasant and quick, as was the pizza. I didn't like the taste of the pizzas at all. Tasted like cardboard to me - didn't like it all. I personally wouldn't go back, not sure if all the franchises are the same or not.

Had pizza at this shop once, and it was quite nice. It had a different taste to it in the base than your average place. The base tasted more like a focaccia which i actually liked quite a bit. Service is good, waiting time about average, and the price was right. Parking is limited depending on the time of day due to being on the main road but overall is easy enough to get to.

Relaxed family night with family we decided to Order Pizza and after a bad experience with another Pizza place we had to re order and Chose Encore Cranbourne. The Pizza was fresh and the toppings were generous and Encore was professional. They know their business and provide great service & pricing. We have found our new Pizza place.

Service was fairly fast for a busy Friday or Saturday night, the pizzas are quite good and a nice low price.
