I had an extremely ill kitten and rang the Eltham Vet which I have been using for over 25 years. I was told that they were booked out and would not consider seeing my kitten. They were rude and abrupt. I then rang Eltham Central Vets who were amazing. They saw Dougie immediately; he was critical with temp of 41 The diagnosed that he has been bitten and administered 2 injections. He has recovered. I have changed my other 2 pet as well as dougie to Eltham Central Clinic.

I DO NOT recommend this Veterinary Practice. Gus advised me to have unnecessary tests on my dying cat, when he already knew my cat would die from his existing condition. My cat was very ill and vulnerable but he saw that as an opportunity to make more money out of me but worse still subject my poor cat to unnecessary tests when he was already very sick and Gus was well aware he was dying. Gus is all about money and has no interest in anything else. My dear cat died only days later. Shame on you Gus Braniff.

If you can go somewhere else then please do. The vet literally walked out and said "Who's my next victim" and then it went down hill from there. Very poor service and a total rip off. Vet was more interested in chatting and making jokes than caring for the welfare of my pet. I did not feel cared for or looked after. I would not recommend this practice to anyone. If you truly care for your pet then take them somewhere else.

These guys did a fantastic job fixing my dog when he ate something he shouldn't have. They were caring, thorough and clearly experts - they solved the problem quickly. He loves going there anyway since he did puppy school there.
