Dealt with this business for my first dakin heat pump. Darren was so helpful and infinformative we asked him to give us a quotation which was very satisfactory. within a few months we ordered a Sanden hot water heat pump and am extremely happy with the savings we are getting compared to our old convenional system.

Sales rep turned up exactly when he said he would, even phoned when he was going to be slightly late! A competitor did not even bother to show up for a booked appointment or even have the decency to call. Installation went to plan and was carried out with a minimum of fuss. Top job!
