Prompt and cheerful visit to assess our needs. Comparable prices with other quotes but common sense approach to how it would be best installed won me over. The young men who came and installed the unit were courteous and efficient, especially given our installation was a bit of a fiddle getting under the house.

The only negative was the attitude of the lady that answered the phone and forwarded our quote (I wont name names on here). Some customer service training would be highly beneficial as a customer should not be made to feel guilty for calling just because your business happens to be flat out!
