Dr Lorenzetti has been involved in my healthcare for over 20 years and I would highly recommend his knowledge, experience, and non-patronising professional manner. His willingness to explain details of illnesses and treatment options enables patients to be actively involved in their healthcare.

This review is to outline my initial experience of attempting to make an appointment with his service.
I explained that I had a referral from my GP and explained the uncertainty that I had as to whether my GP had sent the referral through already. I was asked only what my "first name" and "date of birth" were during this initial phone call. I was seeking an appointment in March and the response I received was, "March is fine, but don't ask me for February". I was then told that no referral had been received and that no doctors were consulting on the day in March requested.
I then phoned my GP who confirmed that my referral had in fact been faxed to this office. The employer who confirmed that she was the supervisor and the person I spoke with initially, then asked me for my surname. The employer informed me that there was no referral there. When repeating my surname, The employer mispronounced it, so I confirmed it's spelling. Still I was told that there was no referral. I informed the employer during our first conversation that I was finding her manner difficult and that this was the first time I had phoned as a patient and that it felt like in the conversation I was needing to pull teeth. Honestly, why do people work in the helping field if a phone call is nothing but a nuisance. My second call back to this office was constantly placed on hold. Dr, you may be very highly regarded, however this staff member is not serving your business in a professional and mature manner. When I suggested that I would write a complaint, The employer response was "pleasure".

Dr Mark Lorenzetti is a well respected Gastroenterologist in Adelaide and has served the extended family well over the years. He is very logical and looks at things in positive light. Highly recommend
