I have been going to this salon for nearly 3 years now. I go to get my eyebrows waxed, I have never had an issue the girls are very lovely and gentle. My eyes water a lot when getting waxed the girls are always so patient and caring they also have a good eye and do a great job with the shape! Love the salon and the girls.

Cheap & cheerful. Have used for pedicure, nails & waxing. The owner is an Aussie (and nice to chat to) but all the staff over from overseas & do lack a lot of English! Pedicure & nails for me were good (mainly because there was no talking due to the language barrier) so no idle chit chat. Waxing is a little room out the back and does the job but wouldn't be my first choice of places to go for a wax.
Our Salon employs a number of girls from different Nationalities. All girls are qualified, and offer great service, I don't beleive that you need to speak great english, to provide a great service. If you are after an English lesson, then yes, but if you are after a great Nail & Beauty service, then as long as the girl knows what service you require, and she gives you a great standard of service, then what has speaking great English got to do with it ???
The Salon has to large beauty rooms, that are more than ample to provide all beauty services.
So we called this business before we went, asking for the Price of Shellac nails. We were given a price that we were happy with so made an appointment and ventured down that night. After they had already started on us, we were informed that there was an extra charge for removal of polish and an extra charge for french- now what they charge is up to them, but why was this not mentioned until AFTER they started working on us. The two of us who they had already started on ended up staying (we didn't really have much of a choice) and to be honest, they did an ok job of the nails, can't complain about that, however I've had a better job done for a lower price! But another negative- one of the other staff members proceeded to critisize another customer who had just left the salon- all in front of us!!! I would hate to think what they had to say about us once we left! Definitely wont be going back!!

All prices of our service, are provided before the service is started. There are also pricelists available on the front desk. Shellac polish is $25, French $30. Shellac Manicure is $35 and Soak Off is $10.
If you had told the girls that you were having French & needed a soak off, you would of been provided with the cost up front, before the service started.
Our Shellac prices are very good value, compared to some of the other Salons around.
Again if you are unhappy with any part of the service, please do not leave it to post on sites, like this, please inform the Salon, and your concerns will be amended.
A long delay, however have just seen the response. Im not sure if its still the same owner as I have not returned.
When we called to enquire about prices, we stated exactly what was needed (soak off, french, manicure). The price given was different to what we were told once they had already started the process and it was too late to stop. What a business charges is completely up to them, however you should be clear with customers. Also why would I check a pricelist at the front desk when I have spoken to a staff member who I assumed would know what she was talking about.
We advised the salon at the time that we were unhappy and our comments were dismissed. My right as a paying customer is to leave fair feedback on my experience. This also doesnt justify the staff criticizing one customer who had left, in front of other customers.
3 years ago the experience is still very clear in my memory and I felt so strongly about it that I have not returned! And to have a go at someone for posting their opinion on an opinion website just cements my opinion and ensures I let people know of my experience and recommend other salons!
My friend and I purchased some vouchers from the internet. We were very disappointed. The women who did our manicures spoke very little English and was not very friendly. She looked totally bored. The manicure was very quick and the nail polish of a poor quality; within an hour of leaving the salon my nail polish had started to chip. On a more positive note our facials were very nice and relaxing. This is not a salon that I would return to anytime sooon

As I say to all our customers, if you are not 100% happy with the service provided, or you have an issue with the quality of the job, then let us know, and your service will be provided free of charge next time. The Nail polish that is used by the Salon is high quality being OPI and other top brands. The selection of Nail Polish is by the client, again I am sorry you were not happy with the service, I wish you had of contacted myself, so that I could of had the chance to hear your issue and I would of provided you with the chance to experience the quality service our Salon provides
