These guys are higway robbers. They bill for everything, even their mistakes when you ask them to do check their spelling and grammar!

They also refuse to ever admit wrong doing and treat you like crap!

Just your usual average, b-grader service provider. they bill by the nano-second and make sure they perform useless, unrequired tasks so that each nanosecond can be extrapolated to minutes and hours.
Sending useless updates that cost hundreds of dollars for no other reason than to invoice more money!
I don't think they're any different to any other lawyer, I just had the displeasure of making them richer for poor service!

Have bought/sold a few properties through De Marco and the first 3-4 were great experiences. The last one has been quite hiccupy as the conveyancer i deal with went on leave and i don't think the others quite picked up the slack sufficiently.

Besides that they have been really good, pricing for conveyancing is quite competitive and it is nice to know you have the option of a property lawyer there if required.
