I was quoted a price for 2 men to complete a job at my home and was advised they would arrive for 9-11am.
Only one turned up at 12pm and consequently the power point installations & related cabling took twice as long. When I politely requested DCN revise the quote on the basis of the quote, all I got back was a copy of the original emailed invoice with a few more itemised bits of info about the cost of a few minor c-clips etc and a half hour extra time added to the bill.
I definitely would NOT recommend this company as they do not deliver on their quotes or their online promise to "ALWAYS TURN UP ON TIME".

thank you for leaving the review you mentioned in your emails. As mentioned in these emails between us, you were contacted by our electrician ahead of time and told that he was running late. He also asked if it was ok for him to stay past the allotted time to complete the job and you agreed. Your job was not quoted, instead it was charged at an hourly rate. It took longer than originally advised, in part because our apprentice was not there but also because you did not advise us that you wanted a non-standard fitting installed and you went and bought it while we were there. If we had been advised of this ahead of time, we could have saved time by having the fitting on hand. We did adjust the hourly rate to reflect that only the licensed electrician was in attendance. Josh's work was fine though. Polite, friendly, helpful & tidied up after he was finished. No complaints about his work.
