The quote was competitive but their installation time left everyone else in the shade.

Less than a week after the quote and acceptance the installation was on time. The guys were professional, helpful and friendly. They left no mess and even fixed some other electrical faults not of their making.

Whole house ducted in less than a week including MyAir wifi/remote control.

We were wanted 2 split systems in two bedrooms. The man who came to give the quote went over our space really well, going inside and outside several times to take measurements and to make sure that the systems would fit and work properly in our preferred locations. He was the only one who went up on the roof to check that one of the outlets would be in the right place for that particular system, and he found that there was no way the drainage outlets would work in that position without an extra drainage pump. All other quoting companies had said that it would work without truly checking, but by just looking from ground level.

The workmen were punctual, extraordinarily professional and actually cleaned up really, really well before leaving. This was an excellent surprise and was greatly appreciated.

One of the directors (Vaughn) called to make sure everything went smoothly and that we were happy before sending the invoice.

Crown Power (Daniel) was good to deal with when installing a replacement air conditioning system in my unit. His tradies were courteous and considerate when inside the house.
There was a minor hiccup which could have resulted in a drama but instead with a little good willed negotiation the situation was readily resolved.

We had a Daikin 12KW ducted system installed by Crown Power in October 2017 in our house on the Gold Coast and it was running brilliantly until I tried the unit in mid Nov 2018 and our Advantage Air wall controller froze and we couldn't use the air conditioner. I spoke to Daniel (Brisbane) and he assured me that the 5 year warranty would cover things. In no time flat he had helped arrange a technician from Advantage Air to installed a new controller (under warranty) and all was good.
The technician noticed an issue with fluid runoff into our gutter so I contacted Vaughn (Crown Power Gold Coast) and he arranged to visit and inspect the situation (in the busy period in the lead up to Christmas). He solved the problem by getting a short piece of tubing from the nearby Bunnings and fixed the problem promptly.
Our original air-con installation was first class but after sales service can be a totally different story.
I can tell you from personal experience that Crown Power look after their customers as far as I am concerned because their actions in sorting out two different warrant issues was professionally and promptly handled.
