We needed our very old air con replaced and Russell came to the rescue. One week later we have a wonderful, quiet Daikin.
The price was right and the we are extremely happy with the team that made installation a effortless experience. I also want to mention the electricians who came at the last minute and who also took the time to make sure the unit was working and I knew how to use it. Your team is the best that I have come across in a long time. I did not have to clean up after them.

Crown Power installed a new air conditioner unit for us (replacing an old unit) and we were impressed with the entire experience. Their supplier did not have the model we wanted, so they provided the next model up at no extra cost. Four guys came out to do the installation, it was done in less than 1.5 hours and left clean and tidy. Friendly people, quality work and great customer service! They also provide a 5 year installation guarantee, where some others only give 1 year.

We have been using Crown Power for many years primarily for electrical work but we have also used their plumber and have had a rainwater tank installed with help from Russell.
Tony (the electrician) and Ben have always been able to help us promptly - leaving our home tidy after any work. Especially appreciated their speed and help when we have lost our hot water.

Crown Power installed a total of five Daikin reverse cycle, inverter wall split air conditioner units in our home. Other dealers had rejected out-of-hand the prospect of installing one in our downstairs rumpus room whereas Russell checked and rechecked the options, consulted with his installers and electrician and confirmed that the installation could be achieved.

Russell also accommodated our wishes to change the location of the outdoor units to ground level away from our bedrooms to ensure the we would not be disturbed by noise or vibration. We accepted a higher cost for these variations but the result is most satisfactory.

Other dealers had quoted using a "multiple head" format, running four indoor heads powered by one outdoor condenser. If all units ran at once the condenser would be overloaded. While this reduced the number of units outside the overall financial saving was negligible and we now have some redundancy, that in the unlikely event that one unit fails, we will still have all other rooms cooled.

Russell's installation team was courteous, efficient and understanding. They were prepared to discuss our concerns and find solutions that met our needs. A planned two-day installation was completed in a longer one-day effort and our home was left clean and tidy. These blokes are an excellent example of how dealing with tradesmen should be. Unfortunately they are a very rare breed.

Make safe old wiring and replace ceiling fan at a rental property. Service was really prompt and I got a phonecall as soon as the job was finished to let me know everything was done.

I had a big aircon unit installed in the communal space which was a lounge/dinning room and also got a smaller unit installed in a bedroom of the house. I have to say the product is of high quality, and the service and workmanship was impressive. Well worth the money!

Installation of three a/c units. Quotations were received promptly and were very competitive. Installation was also very prompt. No long delays waiting for units with this company. Installation was done quickly and cleanly. No mess for me to clean up afterwards. We were instructed as to how to operate the units in simple terms.

We used this company twice. First to install an aircon in the lounge/dining, and then to install ceiling fans and another aircon in our bedroom. The service was fantastic, not just one electrican came, but 3 including an apprentice, a refrigiration engineer/plumber. They worked professionally and had the job finished in a good amount of time. It would have taken so much longer if only 1 person had come. We were not charged extra for the other workers, just the standard installation costs.
