On 29 November Daniel gave us a quote for 2 split systems and advised that they would be installed before Christmas. I expressed the wish to have the ACs installed before my birthday on the weekend of 18 December. What a pleasant surprise when Daniel called the next day to inform me the ACs were going to be installed 2 days later on 2 December!

I rang to try to get a replacement remote for my air con, which other companies would or could only supply generic one, Daniel was able to supply an original one & actually delivered it to my place. great service.
