From my perspective most of the paperwork was handled well and even though there was a fair amount of time involved the end outcome was well worth the effort. I personally dealt with Brenton, I found him to listen to whet I needed exactly, take an interest in the process as well not just provide a service. Having the option of doing all the planning while my husband was at work and then going through the process with him when he got home was so much easier and quicker than trying to get him to take time off work. We were purchasing a second house for rental purposes where quite a lot of 'hiccups' had occurred but through the determination of Brenton and our solicitor most things managed to get sorted out and back on track. I was really impressed with your very personable manner, very up-front and honest, very re-assuring about the pathway to be followed to secure the finance I required.I think there would be a benefit to do a risk assessment exercise and plan out contingencies in those situations where there is some additional complexity on the security used for the loan. Alternatively, in a case like mine where a deed of covenant needed to be signed off by the bank (which Suncorp subsequently refused to do) to complete the sale process, I would avoid smaller banks like Suncorp and stick with the big 4 in that case. Quality of service, understanding and knowledge were all excellent. I heard about crediflex via personal referrals and social media.
