I personally dealt with Brenton, I found him to listen to whet I needed exactly, take an interest in the process as well not just provide a service. Having the option of doing all the planning while my husband was at work and then going through the process with him when he got home was so much easier and quicker than trying to get him to take time off work. We were purchasing a second house for rental purposes where quite a lot of 'hiccups' had occurred but through the determination of Brenton and our solicitor most things managed to get sorted out and back on track. Our bank was of course the problem who in the end took full responsibility. I would recommend anyone to give Brenton a call and see just how much he can save you each year on your current mortgage as we are not only saving over $5K a year but also have a second house to go with our substantial savings so we are in a win win situation for sure.
