Some individual store staff might be ok, but head office customer service is appalling. Received a faulty cardigan, though there was plenty of stock when I notified them they didn't bother to put aside another, so there were none left when they received the return. Now my messages asking them to just send the faulty one back (I can repair myself but didn't think I should need to) are being ignored! Very disappointed in this poor quality customer service.

The staff were very helpful in finding the fight jacket for me. I was after a casual jacket in black, but not too long in length, they did everything they could to find the right jacket for me. thanks guys
