Thank you for fitting me in on short notice. The staff here are so kind and friendly.

I have the biggest fear of needles (I pass out and vomit etc etc - it’s a whole thing) so I was super nervous coming in for a blood test. However today I went in to get a blood test with Debbie and she was amazing! I didn’t feel faint or anything! She created an atmosphere where fear was not an option. It was clean cut in and out and the whole experience was amazing. I have been waiting 24 years to find a lady like Debbie to do my blood tests and I’m so thankful I now have a trusted person to do that for me. She is such a wonderful lady and I’m so glad I had her help me conquer my fear! Debbie is now my new blood stabber. Will always come back!!!!

Reception staff and nurses are very welcoming and polite

The customer service here is second to none as they are all very friendly and attentive. Dr Imrose Hasan has gone above and beyond to compile my health history which as a type 1 diabetic is extensive. He has been very understanding and helpful with my situation and is very accommodating. Because of all the above I have now made this clinic my primary health care provider. Keep up the good work team!

I made a general appointment online to see a doctor recently. I arrived to the practice on time for my appointment. There was already 2 people in the waiting area. I waited for 50 minutes and during this time, I saw about 5 patients (didn't seem urgent or visibly ill) come in after me, who was seen before me. I asked the lady at the counter whether I was next. She said she didn't know and pointing at others in the waiting area that they were before me. I pointed out that they came in after me and she said she still doesn't know when the doctor would see me. That is really re-assuring when I had made an appointment and that it's not known when I would be seen. I am very disappointed and won't be coming back here.
