Natalie listened to my hair goals and delivered!
I have always looked for a customized service which really takes my specific concerns in mind, and provides a (realistic -- we always have fantasy hairstyles not meant for our hair type) solution.
My limp hair now has considerable volume and bounce since my haircut and foils appointment.
Their business model also makes sure that you are taken cared of during your appointment.

I had a major cut done by Natalie on Tuesday and it was the best hair cut I have ever had! Just exactly what I wanted! She is such an amazing hairdresser and has a cool personality! I have been to Confidente several times and always left very happy! Highly recommend this place!
I have been a client for 12 months until I recently was booked in with a different stylist. I asked for a trim started reading like I usually do only to find my hair hacked beyond repair. I arrived with thick shoulder length hair and left with a short mullet like haircut. Friends and family can't believe I went to a professional salon only to arrive at our get together looking like I'd been to a cheap chop shop. It will take months for my hair to grow back
Hi Christine, I'm sorry that you are not happy with your cut. We have spoken on the phone and you showed your appreciation that we had re-booked you at no charge to rectify the situation, it's a shame since then you have cancelled your booking.
My team have shown me the "after" photo you had taken in salon and I can see that your hair is past your shoulders so I am a little confused from the description you've given above. We are a team of professionals and endeavour to ensure our clientele are always happy so as I mentioned one week ago, your are most welcome to visit in the next 7 days to have your cut changed at no charge. Rebecca you have absolutely done all you can. This isn't in dispute. In fact as you mentioned I thanked you for your kindness. As discussed you can't no matter how well intended, make my hair grow back. Your team believe my hair is acceptable and I, my family and friends don't. I canceled our appointment because I was due to fly out of Australia and simply didn't see the point in having another hair cut when I am trying to grow my hair back to it's former length. Let's not make this a "she said he said ". Im now accepting that this was just a bad experience I need to get past and will when my hair grows back. Kind regards
BTW my hair maybe slightly past my shoulder at the back but the front is considerably above my shoulders hence the mullet description. I've had numerous comments asking what on earth happened to my hair. I understand your point that this is not the usual standard for your salon and just a one off however you can understand why im upset that I asked for a trim insisted nothing off the length and at least 4 inches came off and it was layered. Its everything I said I didn't want in my consultation.
I've been to many hairdressers in my 36 years and I've never been as blown away as what I was with Danielle. Firstly my hair looks exceptional (I can vouch for her Balayage!) My hair looks the best I've ever seen it!! But it's also the intimate experience of one on one, salon to yourself, feeling heard and feeling pampered. I'm astonished there's even such an experience available I more than highly recommend it you have to do it!! Worth every dollar!!

I discovered Confidente online and knew from the Website it was a very professional company. The one on one service was so personalised, I felt like a queen. The color was EXACTLY what I dreamed for years and the cut was precise! I will always return to CONFIDENTE when only the best will do!
