Having been to the same stylist in the UK for the past 11 years, I was extremely nervous having a cut here in Australia, as my hair does not look good unless cut well. I need not have worried. Kathryn was superb, checking out thoroughly what I wanted and translating that perfectly into the cut. I loved the massage chair and head massage - both very relaxing and left the salon feeling a million dollars. One happy customer and already booked for the next appointment. Natalie listened and spent time getting to know me and my hair and I left feeling like I'd had the best cut and colour ever. Three weeks later and I still feel the same, I couldn't be happier. I loved working with Natalie and I love my new cut. Natalie listens and takes on board your ideas but doesn’t hesitate to give advice about what will and won’t work resulting in a perfect haircut. First time I have ever booked a follow up appointment then and there.

Kathryn has been a Godsend. Her artistry and ability to translate what I'm after is so precise. Every time I leave the Confidente salon, I feel like a million dollars. Best hairdresser I've ever had - hands down! Confidente is the best in the business. Nicest people who are passionate about their work.

Great colour and cut with Natalie - I love the way Natalie talks through ideas and options as I like to change my look every few haircuts - always leave feeling good. Like atmosphere and one on one approach.

So so so happy with my cut and colour from Natalie at Confidente. The salon is stunning, a unique experience with yourself and only the hairdresser in the salon. Natalie took time to understand what I wanted from my restyle, so I felt I had 100% confidence in her restyling my hair. Value for money is outstanding given the personalised experience and experience of Natalie. An oasis in cental Melbourne.

Never regretted getting my balayage done here :) You got an 1 on 1 session with your hairstylist which could make yourself fell so special. Kathryn was amazing. Loved my hair so much now and I'll be definitely coming back!
