I have been a nervous dental patient since a bad experience in my teens. As I didn't really look after my teeth when I was younger I have had extensive work done over the years, none of which I looked forward to! My first time at at Concept was about five years ago when I turned up with a toothache I could not ignore any more. That initial experience removed the fear and I have been back for regular visits. This is a very professional practice from the reception staff to the nurses and the dentists.

All of the staff at Concept Dental are outstanding! From the specialist Dr Hotinski right through to the fabulous, friendly, caring and helpful receptionists, I felt very confident placing my trust and my teeth in their hands. Will definitely be going back for my six monthly cleans and annual exams.

My 5 yr old son was hit in the face with a ball at school.And as you could imagine he was extremely apprehensive about going to the Dentist !! I was so happy with the service we received from both the reception staff and the Dentist. Lucky for my son he had no permanent damage to his tooth and is now a regular patient at Concept Dental.

My overall experience at Concept Dental was really good. I felt relaxed and was treated with dignity and respect. Both the reception and clinical staff were very professional. The dentist and the assistant made me feel at ease and were very caring. Would definitely have any future dental treatment done here any day.

I have been attending Concept Dental for 8 years. I have my general check up every 6 months, every time I attend this practice I am greeted by lovely reception ladies. The dentist and hygienists are all very professional and welcoming. I always enjoy my visits here and would recommend to everyone
