Compassionate Funerals Aspley were professional from start to finish. Everyone I dealt with, was exactly as their company name states - Compassionate. It's already a highly stressful and sad time, but Russell, Peter and John alleviated so much stress and made a really beautiful day from such a tragic time in mine and my family's life. Nothing was an inconvenience to them and they treated my Dad and my family with the utmost respect, including not starting the service because my sister's plane had been delayed! I am so grateful to have encountered such wonderful people and couldn't have asked for a better service for my Dad. Thank you a million times over

Thank you to Russell and your team for looking after all the funeral proceedings for my Dad, in April 2015. My brothers and I were really happy with the care and level of kindness showed to us in our time of grief at the passing of our beloved Dad. I really appreciated having time to be with my Dad to say goodbye on my own and it was great closure for me to be able to view his body as I hadn't been able to see him at the hospital. I was able to send Dad's brother the link to view the funeral service on-line and he was overwhelmed as he couldn't attend the funeral due to ill health. He was so happy to be able to see what happened that day and he felt like he was really there, so to speak. Thank you for such great service and care which we really appreciated and made us feel like Dad was a unique person not just a number.

My uncle was very ill this past January (2015) and in a difficult and rather unusual time, Russell, Peter & Berrice made all the difference to the situation. 

They could not have been more helpful, accommodating and genuinely caring. Even though my uncle was a rather reclusive gent by his own choice, Russell, Peter & Berrice helped us to deliver a lovely and fitting farewell that honoured and respected my uncle and provided comfort to those of us who had a lifetime of memories to close.

Thank you for your support. Everyone agreed the funeral was very well suited to Phil's character. We wanted to have the music running right throughout the service which was a little different to the norm but this was no trouble.

They lived up to their name Compassionate, which is important when dealing with such a sad time. Their motto is 'we take care of everything' and they lived up to that also. We were looked after from start to finish and we never felt like any question or request was too much trouble to answer or do. It was an experience that was made simple which we appreciated.
