They lived up to their name Compassionate, which is important when dealing with such a sad time. Their motto is 'we take care of everything' and they lived up to that also. We were looked after from start to finish and we never felt like any question or request was too much trouble to answer or do. It was an experience that was made simple which we appreciated.
