I had a home that that is freezing in winter, and an oven in Summer. My friends has their heating and cooling installed last year by Coldflow and got a good deal. We just had gas ducted heating + evaporative cooling installed. The whole process we around 7 days from quote to installation. I think the sales guys are ex. installers, so they knew a lot about our home. Overall, gas ducted heating is great, gees it makes a huge difference. cannot wait to see how the cooling goes. I Mr. Frank Lanza wish to thank the wonderful staff at Coldflow espeacially Maria Dirago for prompt service and response time, in all my years of being in business I have delt with a cosiderable amount of companies and have never had an organization like Coldflow back themselves so qiuckly to to service and repair my exsisting equipment. Normally any other company would not like to hear from you once they get your money, but not Coldflow they are just simply to reliable as they pay for all repairs and really look after there customers on that same day that you ring up even though you may have purchased the equipment years ago your still remembered.

I just had heating installed by Coldflow. Ohh how wonderful to change my old cold home into a warm inviting home. I was referred by family and friends to Coldflow - and they were not wrong, i was wrapped in the whole process. I had one issue with my old furnance- however Brian worked out a solution, and was done in the next day, Overall Coldflow are highly recommended by me.

Thanks Coldflow. Just had gas ducted heating installed in my home in Narree Warren. I can't believe what a difference it makes to have heating in all rooms, as i previously had a wall furnace. Overall sales guy Matt, gave me the options of a replacement wall furnace, however i decided to go with a Braemar 4 star unit, and zoning. I was able to get all the benefits of only running a few rooms, which will keep down my gas bills. Overall pricing was very good vs competitors. Appallingly bad service experience! While the technicians were good with installing our unit, they completely dropped the ball when it came to servicing. The technician did not turn up on the day the service was booked for. When I called the office, I was advised the technicians don't always run on time and might be unable to stick to the 4 hour block they commit to. When calling the office again an hour after the nominated 4 hour block, the technician was still not contactable. Was promised a call half an hour before his arrival, neither the call was made, nor did he ever turn up!!!

I recently had a gas ducted heating - with add on cooling down by Coldflow. Overall the experience was great. I originally wanted gas ducted heating - however Brian saw that i was renovating, and knew that i wanted to eventually get cooling also. Brian suggested i set the heating up to later take on cooling, which was a great idea. I purchased the heating, and now as my funds came in was able to later afford the cooling. The system was installed in one day, and the guys were very knowledgeable and clean. I need more air in the master bedroom- and the installers came back the next day to re balance the system. We would return to Coldflow anytime. I did a lot of research on product, and companies. My friends also recommended me to Coldflow. however i still got other quotes, just to test them, and found the salesmen, ex. tradies more knowlegeable, and they also know how to do the installations - which looked at potential problems others did not do, and were very competitive on price. Sales guy knew what they were talking about, were professional and courteous. Best of all, installers came on the day arranged, and were on time. Along with that the installers were clean and efficient. In all, a business that sets an example for other businesses to follow. All and all would highly recommend

I recently had Braemar Evaporative heating and cooling installed by Coldflow. I found the overall process very good. The sales guy (George i think) gave me all the options. Installer cleaned up after themselves- which saved me time- and were considerate to my new born baby, and we appreciate the follow up- to re balance, thanks p.s good for recent cold weather.

Thanks - I thought I would share my experience- I don't normally write reviews- but I had a positiv expeience. I was referred to Coldflow from one of my friends who recently had gas ducted heating installed. I got Coldflow to give me a quote plus 2 other quotes- plusv Coldflow. coldflow were not the most expensive, nor the cheapest however they did not sell to me, the listened to what I wanted, as I have a new born, I wanted a different temperature control in the baby's room, I was listened to and after I have the heating and. Cooling installed within 7 days, whole home is now warm again after breakdown of unit. overall very happy with installers (they had to work very late, they had a few problems with low clearance, and had to come back the next day to re balance at my request) and Nick the sales guy was very patient. Cannot be happier. thanks
