February 2023 -10months till my Wedding while for the following 5 months I was comfortable to have confirmed and paid Club Rose Bay to host my Wedding and look after my Special Day, so happy that we even sent our invites! They cancelled my event by email and refunded me my function hire yet for no justifiable reason whatsoever! Thankyou for cancelling my Wedding Plans, the park permit with Woollahra Council, Decorations & Celebrant all come with cancellation fees that you haven’t incurred but I have!

The new Chefs Alex & William are rocking it at Club Rose Bay. The food is AMAZING. Previously head chef at the Sheridan in Hong Kong, Alex creates masterpieces with high quality ingredients, fresh, perfectly cooked for such an unbelievably reasonable price. (Lunch specials $15) The Club is upgrading so pick the fancier areas to dine. On the Bay, next to transport, huge parking area, stunning views and staff that actually care. The food won't disappoint. I've yet to check their cellar but the bar service is very inexpensive. They also do functions. I was back 3 times this week! (No personal connection nor benefit received for this review)

Five of us went there for lunch last Sunday and it was so disappointing. It is a beautiful spot but club and the bistro leaves a lot to be desired.
It was a really hot day and we had to ask to have the air conditioning put on - that was the first bad thing. The waitress in the bistro had very limited English which was really frustrating - I asked her if the garlic prawns were in a creamy sauce and she said yes. I ordered them and they came out in a garlic oil - yuck.
Everyone else's meal was pretty sub-standard and I also ordered two bread rolls and asked for butter and the waitress said she would bring it out and that never happened either.
Overall a really disappointing experience.
Tip - they need new caterers.
