I got the flooring for my new house done by narre warren choice few months back. The sales person was very helpful to finalise the floor options. But the floor installation is not good. The floor joints give cracking sound when we step on it and we have been calling narre warren choice to get it fixed but they have not turned up to get that fixed in spite of frequent phone call follow ups and in person follow ups. The service is very poor and we ended with high disappointment.
I have just purchased new carpet for three bedrooms from Choices Flooring in Niddrie and was delighted with the whole experience. having looked around at other carpet supply companies which left me confused and indecisive.
However from the moment I entered Choices Flooring and received a friendly but not pushy welcome I became serious about choosing something nice.
In summary it ended up being a great experience. The easy to browse showroom has all the top brands, the advice and recommendations given were second to none.
This week my beautiful new Victoria wool carpet was expertly installed with the old carpet being removed and taken way as part of the service.
The whole process was hassle free, the service was great
I have new carpet I can be proud of at a price that was comparable with my budget.
With special thanks to Justus Cloete and Josie who assisted me all the way, Nothing was too much trouble.

I recently got a quote from here for carpet and floating floor they quoted me $7000 more than the same shop in Ballarat. Why do Ararat shops think they can rip locals off do they not realize we are not that far from Ballarat, Geelong and Bendigo. We ran 3 meters short and out of desperation we purchased 3m of floating floor underlay they charged us $7.50 mtr Ballarat was 80cents mtr
investigated carpet. Very helpful staff. There have a broad range of carpets and the layout of the store assists with choosing the right product. There are so many types it can be very daunting so having people to help you who know what you are doing is great.
