Old school is accurate. But in the 21st century, where some of us treat our animals as part of the family and not just as an economic decision, 'Dr Bob' is not professional.

Specifically, if you expect a thorough explanation, if you expect information and options, DON'T go to Dr Bob. If you expect a surgery to have hand sanitiser on the front desk (to protect humans from a pandemic as much as just basic infection control in a SURGERY) then DON'T go to Dr Bob.

Over the years we have used this Vet for our dogs and cats and found the service very friendly and professional without the excessive fees other Vets in the area are prone to charge. We are totally satisfied with the quality of veterinary service provided.

Approximate cost: $65

My dog needed surgery to remove lumps they said were suspicious. They treated my dog good but they kept saying she had trouble coming out the anaesthetic with her breathing because she was too fat even though her weight is within the normal range for her breed. We tried to explain that she has panic attacks and her breathing trouble was because of this but they kept arguing otherwise. Every time we've been before that they'd said her weight was fine. She'd actually lost weight since her last visit. So overall, argumentative and unpleasant in nature but good approach towards our dog. Don't know really how to take them anymore.

There is 2 vets that work @ this surgery - the best one to see is the one that works Monday & Sunday Mornings......no appointment needed just need to rock up before 11am This vet is very attentive & thorough & very caring & gentle to both of my dogs I have taken @ different occasions unexpectedly......was referred by a couple of greyhound people

We took our dog in in an emergency as she was throwing up blood. This vet didn't seem to care about animals. he barely looked at the dog, let alone touched her, just sent us on our way. We thought we'd try him because he was close to home, but walked out and took the dog straight to the other vet where he actually treated her. A very disappointing experience.
