They pressed my father into getting the vaccine, how he has a rash all over his body , that is only getting worst, went back to the doctor here, no idea what they can do , only know it was the vaccine , hopefully it goes away and is just normal ..really?

Doctors are always a scarey place to take kids...i know my children hate going to the docs but im never had a problem taking my kids here...all staff and docs are very friendly and welcoming.

Excellent service, friendly and great value. The nurse and reception staff were helpful to my family. I was grateful for this medical centre within my area as my family was distressed and upset by service of Dr Covan Ho at the Algester Medical Centre. I would never go there again.

I have had some not so great experiences with this medical centre and as a result have decided to find a new doctor. For me, it is important to be able to see the same doctor and have a trust relationship there. It is always unsettling however, to call and make an appointment with the doctor I prefer, and find they are always away or not available. I do find the service very good though, the ladies at the front are very friendly and I am never waiting very long in the waiting room. They are efficient. The advice I have received from the doctors just has not been that helpful, personally. It depends what is more important to people I suppose.

Very caring practitioners as well as ancillary staff. Always get fantastic treatment. But it appears to be overstaffed by admin people. They don't bulk bill unless you have a health care card, hence the prices are very high. A minimum consultation is less than 15 minutes, i believe it's 12 minutes? The charges are double the medicare rate i feel that i am paying for the practice owner's Audi. In summary Great medical center just poor value.

The doctors at this medical centre do follow up on things which is great to know that they really care. Over the past two years I have received phone calls and even letters advising me of things I need to do to help with my health problems. Therefore I highly recommend the doctors and staff at this practice.

Staff and doctors here are great!. Very polite and they definitely know what they talk about and very happy to discuss any issues. Though they advertise in bulk billing, it is only for pensioners and kids.

I have been visiting this practice for approx 11years now, not straight forward medical problems. When my regular doctor is not there, the others are all up to date, you don't spend most of the consultation explaining. Nothing is too much trouble AND the service I love the most is they are not scared to say "Hey I don't know" and seek advice and help.
