I went with my daughter to buy a new car, after a very positive experience with the sales manager. He placed us with a trainee who looked after us quite well, however he did make some promises re; delivery dates he had no ability to keep, leaving us a bit perplexed. This did create some problems with my daughters Insurance and finance matters. The sales manager then stepped in explaining that he had only been there for 3 weeks and was appointed to sort out some business problems they had. He then placed the sale in the hands of the fleet sales lady who turned herself inside out to rectify the whole situation, she supplied a courtesy car for my daughter, threw in some freebies, a full tank of fuel, a voucher for the first major service to be free, and a lovely bunch of flowers, and a big hug. Her brand new ASX is perfect they called more than once after delivery to check all was well. She will be going back there and we both would not hesitate to recommend them to any one looking for a new Mitsubishi, especially if you are an Emergency Services Worker they will look after you.

Cannot say enough about how caring all the staff are in every aspect of their business, their only concern is on total satisfaction for you as a customer. The advertising about little out of pocket with your Health Fund is true. I personally purchased 2 pairs of single vision designer frames one being sunglasses with my MBF and was out of pocket only $4.
I will be going there again, and recommending to all my friends.

I had to use my Motor insurance for the second time in 2 an a half years, no fault both times, 1st was crash in 2008 now had my Ute stolen early Dec. They investigate for fraud which is a quite uncomfortable at the time but in hindsight it means they don't wast money on scammers which is comforting to know. Once the claim was on the way they were so helpful and efficient, they lease with you to establish a fair value, which is often hard when the car is gone, however i received what i thought was quite fair value and will be able to replace it with an equivalent vehicle. So overall i feel we have come out on level terms. It was not like other Insurance experience's you hear from your friends where they have to go backwards in vehicle because market value works out that way.

Very good indeed. Have always received great and very helpful advice, including safety tips, on all their and other manufactures products. Jenny, the owner, has friendly and knowledgeable staff working there. i have been able to get parts that, other similar businesses, say are no longer available. I had an order in with them that took a long time to arrive and i received regular up dates as to how it was going. I just cannot say enough about how good this retailer is. They are happy to share ideas and tips anytime ten out of ten!

Always get service with a smile. They are always ready to accommodate most needs, IE; an easier way to have separate bills per one table. the food is fresh and fast and always excellent.

Excellent, always made feel at easy. They do all they can to make the visit pleasant and pain free as possible. They even numb your gum before a needle. I'm 50 yrs old and it is only in the last 2 -3 yrs using this dental practice am i not worried about going. The fees are reasonable there is little out of pocked expense over and above your private health fund.

I got nothing as the call center is overseas. i phoned with a problem but the accent of all the call center staff in too difficult to understand. if they do talk intelligibly they go fast when it comes to fixing the problem making it imposable to understand them. I asked politely to speak to someone who could speak English they put you on hold forever or hang up on you. This service has to be the worst i've ever experienced. The internet is good unless you have a problem, then do you have a big problem!

Have been buying meat there for around 10 years, the quality is excellent, the staff are very friendly, helpful, with service and advice, they will even pack it in meal size bags for you. They always have cuts like rib fillet T/bone etc whole so you can choose how you want it sliced. Warren and the boys are great can't say enough good about the entire experience of shopping there.

The staff are so friendly, always ready to help give advice and tips on how to get the best out of your coffee or which blend suits your taste requirements. The beans are very fresh as they roast every day, i believe they guarantee beans are under 48 hours old. They always give you a complimentary coffee when you buy beans, and now for every 1/2 kg you buy they give a sample pack so you can try new blends as their range is only getting bigger. They are the best in my book!

The staff are all so great and helpful. It is like visiting an old friend and are treated as such. Always willing to offer the best possible way to have your money work for you, as well as listening to your particular needs taking them into account.
