We usually use Andrew's carparking however, this place was slightly cheaper so we thought we'd give them a go.
The staff on the desk were so lovely and helpful and chatty for 6.30am in the morning! The driver didn't seem like he was all there however helpful and courteous all the same. Overall, a good experience.

Approximate cost: $50

I have had amazing service from Busy Beaver each and every time I fly. The staff are so friendly and go out of their way to ensure things run as smoothly as possible. When you ring and book your car in you can tell the person on the other end of the line has a smile on their face.

Wouldn't leave my car with anyone else!!

Friendly, professional and prompt. Such an easy process. got to the airport with pleany of time to spare. when we arrived back, not worry about remembering where the car was, or loading all our belongings onto the bus. the driver was there very quickly and very friendly. We will highly recommend this company to our friends and family.

Cheaper than most, easily reached via the Western Ring Road or the Tullamarine Freeway, friendly staff.

A few months back, there were insufficient staff on duty overnight, so customers sometimes had a 15-minute wait for collection from the airport. This situation now seems to have been rectified.

And if you're a senior or an RACV member, you can get a discount rate!

Hi I used Busy Beaver Airport Parking for the first time last year and it went well upon arrival, but when we returned from our holiday we were left waiting for a bus for a quite while and when we got back it was dark and raining and they didn't get our car for us and didn't provide my husband with an umbrella or good directions to find the car. Then when we drove out of the car park the gate was open and as we drove slowly through the electric gate closed on our car. Busy Beaver at first said it was our fault, but upon testing the electric gate found it was faulty, and paid for the damages made to the car. They also apologized for our bad experience.

Hi mishnbrad, I'm really sorry to hear about your terrible experience with Busy Beaver Airport Parking! I'm just wondering why, if your insurance company believed that they were at fault, that they didn't pursue the matter? Surely you pay for insurance so that the insurance company can chase the party at fault for the cost of the repairs. If I were you, I would look into this further because it's not right for you to have to pay if you weren't the one who caused the damage. Best of luck!

I have used Busy Beaver Airport Parking several times and they have always been friendly and very professional in both their customer service and the drop off and collection at the airport, they are quick to arrive and collect you and when you return to the depot the transition to your car is done quickly so you can get on your way. On one occassion my trip was delayed and they were so helpful with the extension of my booking.

This is the 2nd time we used this service. Both times were good but have decided we'd prefer to pay the extra and park directly at Tullamarine unless it's school holidays. Only advantage with this service is that you can pre-book your parking and save worrying about wasting time driving round and round Tulla in search of a spot. We used discount vouchers that made the savings even more worthwhile.

How does one acquire a discount voucher for this place?

MillyWonker 13 Aug 2012

Discount vouchers :
Often on the back of Coles or Woolies dockets. Sometimes in the form of advertising fliers with junk mail.

Ive also found one in the Escape Section of the Herald Sun previously. Always park with this lot, car is safe and staff are friendly.

this business is actually another arm of the Andrew's Airport Parking group. The price was much lower that elsewhere, but after the service we got I will be looking for parking elsewhere. On pickup they thought we were at Zone 5 because we were flying Jetstar - we were but it was an international flight and we had confirmed this on drop off and we had been told to wait at Zone 2. A bus turned up and told us to wait for the next bus and drove off to pick US up at Zone 5! If he'd thought to ask us our names, he would have realised we were his passengers and not left us standing around freezing for another 15 minutes while they sorted the issue out. Not even an apology for the mess-up for the pick up.

Approximate cost: $32

I got a followup phone call from Busy Beaver and the woman was very nice and had reviewed the security camera footage to assure me that the car had only moved from the original parking space to the final space once and that no-one had been in the passenger seat. Maybe my wife was stressed about travelling and didn't notice the seat was moved back before we went to the airport. I'm comfortable with the explanation.

She apologised for the poor service and offered us a voucher to use towards our next stay which shows a committed approach to customer satisfaction.

10 OCTOBER 2013 - HAVING USED BUSY BEAVER SEVERAL TIMES MORE I AM NOW CHANGING MY RATING. UPON OUR RETURN FROM A GREAT HOLIDAY ABROAD WE WERE MET WITH SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE - NOT ONLY FROM THE DRIVER OF THE SHUTTLE BUS BUT ALSO THE WORKER IN THE OFFICE. HAVING OUR FLIGHT CANCELLED I ASKED FOR A PRINTOUT OF MY (PREVIOUSLY ORGANISED) CREDIT NOTE AND WAS PROMPTLY TOLD I (AND MY FOUR AND SEVEN YEAR OLD) WOULD HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL ALL THE CUSTOMERS BEHIND ME HAVE BEEN SERVED (WE WERE NEARING MIDNIGHT AND HAD BEEN IN TRANSIT FOR MOST OF THAT DAY)!!! THE MAN WHO SERVED ME WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND DEFINETELY MADE THE END OF OUR TRIP A STRESSFUL ONE! I HAVE NOW FOUND THAT MELBOURNE AIRPORT PARKING (LONG TERM) IS AROUND THE SAME PRICE AS BB BUT OFFERS A MORE STRESS-FREE SOLOUTION WITH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Approximate cost: $54.00
