Thank you to your team for making our trip so smooth after it went horribly wrong when we arrived. We got a message telling us our flight was cancelled, after organising flights for the next day, then accommodation, your team took us to our motel, then picked us up the next morning at 6am. This was the first time I used Busy Beaver and overall I was happy. The bus drop off and collection was prompt and efficient. It was also the most affordable especially since we got are RACV members so got a discount. I would definitely use them again. My only criticism is on the day I went to collect my car, my car was left unlocked. It's an old bomb which I'm sure no one would steal but otherwise very happy

I found everyone most helpful, I did not have to pay in advance, the transport to and from the airport went smoothly, and the car was well covered and looked after. I was delighted. Excellent value.

We recently took elderly parents on a holiday. One has great difficulties with stairs/climbing. Staff brilliant. Josh & Nev very astute/understanding - So much so, at there instigation and decision, took us to and collected us from Tullamarine Airport on our return in our own vehicle. This made it just so easy and removed one less difficulty for our parents.
We have used Busy Beaver previously and on all occasions have been very happy with there pricing, service and professionalism. There business location for drop off is very easy to find and access.

I was most impressed with service. Initial contact on phone excellent, and found my way with simple instructions both to and from depot.

Excellent value, courteous staff and will definitely

First time user for this type of thing but the service we received from Busy Beaver was outstanding.
So easy to book no problems getting there and the shuttle to the airport was easier than the long term parking we have been doing for over 30 years.
And on return was just the same great service.
