The customer service at Bunkers is terrible. We WAITED SEVEN MONTHS for our loft beds to be delivered after ordering them, when we were told it "could" be a three month delay. Bunkers were not communicative, and did not offer any kind of compensation for the very long, frustrating delay. Further, Bunkers tries to portray themselves as an Australian company, whereas actually their products are imported. Do not shop at Bunkers. There are other companies that provide similar products which actually treat their customers well.

The latest industrial action in Sydney has caused a further 6-8 week delay, further impacting our planned start for despatch
The circumstances at play this year have been unique, largely out of our control and broad in their impact.
