Worst place ever!!!!!!! Worst of the worst!!!! Terrible staff and doctors, can't be worse. Wast of my time, seems like no one in the clinic knows what they are doing, no wonder why they are the only clinic that can still book an appointment on the same day. I would like to give -1000 stars if I can.

Probably the worst medical centre on the planet. Made an appointment at 10:50 online called at 9.30 to state that my wife has flu symptoms and has had multiple negative rapid antigen tests and advised can only do telehealth at 11.30. Still waiting at almost 2pm. Called the clinic and spoke a receptionist who stated that they ate priorotising patients who have come into the clinic instead, despite telling us not to come into the clinic. Complete and utter incompetence.

If you have a death wish... use this clinic. If you want actually medical care go elsewhere (including Dr Google).

I've always been greeted kindly by the staff at this medical centre. It's always abuzz with activity. Sometimes you may have to wait a little longer than your appointment time so prepare yourself by bringing in a good book - or kindle. My boys and I loved to see Dr Katy Abraham but there are other several doctors there who are generous with there advice.

I think the receptionist do what they can given very limited support and care by doctors and the owners there. I witnessed a young receptionist get verbally abused by a male patient who had been waiting to see a doctor, to the point that he threatened to assault her, and the girl started crying. A male doctor came out, and did not defend her- he took the patient into the back room and told her to calm down. The patient then walked out and told her to "f off". The girl did not do anything, she tried to explain to him that the doctor had fallen behind, she could move him to another doctor, and she even apologised. The patient still continued to abuse her. I have been to another clinic where a similar incident occured, and the head doctor came out and told the patient that he can not abuse staff like that and if he was not willing to wait, to go to the nearest hospital or another clinic. I know that a lot of comments here are directed to the receptionist. I have been a patient there for quite some while, but have now decided to leave. I would go there on a Tuesday or Thursay night as thats when my doctor would be working, but the lack of care towards staff, indicates the lack of care towards everything else. I think the receptionist need to be behind a screen, or have security. The doctors dont seem to care about their staff- what makes me think that they would actually care about me?

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! And recommend everyone I know to go there. Its all bulk billed great doctors always get an appointment the day I want never waited more than 25 min past appointment at tops but I always ask ow long behind the clock my doctor is and if its 15 min I go look in the shops right next to the clinic heaps of easy parking and they offer lots of services and are open extra long hours and my Dr Dr Katy Abrahams is great! :-)

Plus point is that its a bulk-billed clinic. We have been there for the past few years until recently changed away. Drs there keep changing though there are a few constant ones. Even after making an appointment we almost always have to wait for at least 30minsn or more.

I attended this clinic as a new patient today, requiring a doctor's certificate for a chest infection. Unexpectedly, I was told to come down "straight away" and 10 minutes after my arrival I walked out with my mission completed. My Dr, Joanna Lay, is highly recommended and I wouldn't hesitate to see her again or refer my friends and family to her. Reception staff is also attentative and welcoming.

I have been attending this practice for years if you make an appointment you can request who you want to see i mainly see Dr. Hannah who has never miss diagnosed me or my family also I've never waited more then 1/2 an hour as long as you arrive on time I Wouldn't change to anywhere else...........:)
