Nik was late for the inspection appointment. Despite numerous requests he has not provided the written report.

I was very disappointed with this service, and would not recommend it. The first appointment was cancelled, re-booked for the next day and he turned up early without contacting me so I was unable to be there. It took to long to get the reports and he blamed it the size of the file, also told me to check spam or junk file. I was txt him all day on the Thursday and finally receive the report at 5.32. It is stressful buying a property without this disappointing service.

Very Bad and pathetic service. He does not send any of the reports ...I just got the final report after warning him to put a case against him. His final report had less issues than pointed out by myself to the Builder. - Redacted- is the guy who does the inspection and he is really bad in his attitude and behaviour. Worst is there is no output as he has a common excuse that he sent the email but it might be in my Spam which then never comes through. Same was the issue with my friend also who received only the final inspection report at the last moment.

I saw that Budget Reports had good reviews on whirlpool.net.au so decided to try them when we recently bought a house, and wanted to do a pre-purchase inspection. Nik gave us a good discount to do a combined building and termite inspection. He did it all at a great price, and provided a written report with photos on the same day. I can recommend his service.
