Nup, bad news, I have heard bad things about them all around. I rang them for a quate when I was looking for new insurers on telling them who I was with at that time, they said they could better it. As did the add on TV, the add also said if they couldn't better it, they would give you $50 then now $100. They couldn't then better it and I didn't get the $50 and was given SO many excuses as to why I wasn't to get it.

All in all, Not Trustworthy, TV adds are irritating and they Lie.

Very unhappy with their service.My husband had a claim that was not his fault and they dillydallied and delayed the paperwork and went into isues that were not relevant.
I found their premiums went up the second year.
Cannot believe I would ever use them again.

I've been with Budget Direct for several years now and I am very happy. I recently had to renew and just out of curiosity I called other agencies to compare prices and was surprised to learn that I am paying a few hundred dollars less than other agencies.
I put in an accident claim a couple of years ago and they were incredible. Supportive, caring and fast. All I had to do was make a short phone call; no paperwork; no waiting; nothing. They did everything. Highly recommended.

I've been with Budget Direct for several years now. I was always a loyal RACQ customer, but they became too expensive. Budget Direct is cheaper than most, but their premiums do increase each year. If you get a cheaper quote, give them a call and they will match or beat it. I have not had to make a claim, so I cannot comment on that part of their service.

I have been using budget direct for about 5 years now. No one can beat their price. So cheap and well worth it. Customer service is great and they are on top of everything.

I changed to budget direct and saved on the first year quite a bit, i am still paying less than i was before budget direct but they have increased the amount on the second year and I assume this will continue to increase. Just have to keep an eye on it and search for cheaper ones over the coming years if this continues to occur.

We have both our vehicles insured with these guys and every year i do check to see if there pricing is still the cheapest (but not nasty) and they are. We have not made a claim with them, and hope not too, so i can't comment on how they handle their claims etc. But they can't be too bad as they keep winning awards for their products!

I have just recently switched from the RAA to Budget Direct and even after being with the RAA for over twenty years, Budget Direct still gave me the best price and cover. I love my car and only want the best too.
