Ive had a couple of great sessions with Sarah. We went through a few different exercises that helped me gain a lot of clarity and set myself up with a vision and some simple steps moving forward. The evening of the first sessions I had an interaction that would usually have my thoughts lead to worry and anxiety- neither of which happened, I felt a lot calmer, clearer and stronger in myself. Thank you!
