Never to buy anything from this company .i ordered hand sanitisers. got it with the sticker saying not for ETERNAL USE instead of EXTERNAL USE. Got 10% of the bottles with discoloured sanitisers . very cheap quality . Not anywhere near the Australian standards,
L lost money ( 6500) . never again to purchase from them.

Thank you for your kind response. Based on your comment I thought to write a few more lines.
To you spelling error may be simple which means a lot . I have checked at least 20 different types of hand sanitiser bottles of different companies and NONE of them had any spelling mistake.
Have you ever thought of the difference in the meaning
ETERNAL USE instead of EXTERNAL USE ?
Ignore the request I have made you to provide me with free or cheaper rate for putting my logo as a compensation to the spelling error you have made . I have still got around 369 500 ml bottles sitting with me with " ETERNAL USE" sticker which you have not replaced me with the right stickers .you have not even bothered to my very many requests to replace them which is completely your mistake and not mine. My mistake was that I have brought it to your attention as my customers have pointed out to me .
What action are you/management going to take to replace the 369 bottles which have the wrong labels ?
Have you not got any accountability to your clients ?

Thanks for your review and we understand your upset.
The labels were indeed have a small typo mistake and we did provide you solution to replace the labels but you refused to allow us to do the right job by asking excessive free service from us including free printing of logo to your bottles, free sanitisers and etc but they were refused by our management as it's not appropriate action to deal with the problem you have.
You also requested us to provide full refund because you are unable to sell them during Covid-19 but as a PPE product we don't provide refund unless something is wrong with the product not the label issue that it can be fixed.

Replacement labels service was offered to you but you requested us to throw in other free service for example : free new labels with your logo and etc which we explained we are unable to do as they are part of the orders you did with us. Anyway, since you don't accept the service for us to pick up the goods and replace the labels at our own cost, that's nothing we can do.

I have been waiting to hear from you but you cleverly ignored me. Just let me know when you are ready to replace them and i will have them ready ( infact they are all ever ready to get picked up ) .
