This place is not just another Indian Restaurant!

Its also totally unexpected that you'd find this quality of food in Padstow of all places. Seriously they could move to some smancy looking place in the city and charge triple the price and people would pay it, the food is that good!

Every dish I've tried has tasted fresh and different and full of complex flavour. This is what Indian food is meant to be!

We love indian food but have to say this is the best around. Never seen thalis on the menu before and they're fantastic because it's like a 3 course meal.

The best Indian food I have ever had, and luckily I live just around the corner! According to a review in the local paper, the chef used to work in the Taj Mahal restaurant in India as well as the Hilton hotel London, but has now settled in the padstow area with family. Although the menu is a little small, the quality is fantastic. All meals are cooked to order so its all fresh and piping hot. The butter chicken is amazing, as is the duck curry (cant remember the name). If you eat in, they also do a fantastic tasting plate with lots of small servings of different menu items, including desserts and lassi. which is a great way to figure out what you like. Definitely recommend this place to eat in or for quick take away on your way home from the train station! The service is also fantastic, with lovely waiters who are happy to chat.
