I was advised by the locals about this place - that's always a good sign. And it was certainly busy in there with lots of phone orders. Apparently BK is famous in this area of the country for their "Brendan Burger" but I didn't have that. They have a range of take away food options but I went with the fish and chips.

The serve of chips was very generous - couldn't get through them all and really nice too. The fish was fresh and with a nice batter. This is definitely my favourite take away fish and chips in this area now. On a warm night, with a cold can of drink it was just about perfect. Price reasonable - not more than the usual prices because it's not in town.

The locals certainly knew what they were talking about. Back for the burger next time.
