The prices at Big W are okay they could still get better I think compared to other department stores. My local Big W always seems hot in there which I don't like, because then I will spend less time in there. They have lots of self service checkouts which is great. I think that their customer service needs an improvement, more smiles and to be more friendly.
I just love shopping at Big W The shop is a great shop, a great range, i love buying the kids clothes they are greatly priced, the layby system is great! especially the Christmas layby!
Big W has some affordable pricing on clothing it is easy to shop in, some staff memebers are ok but others a little disgruntle

Always able to find what I want easily at a good price. Always go there to get my nappies and formula is the cheapest place for it. Always has specials to check out when I am shopping. Love the fact that I can go through a self service checkout if normal checkouts are busy is much quicker and easier.
They had a good range of products so I could choose the particular gift that was right for me and was at the best price. Worth the trip in there on such a hot day.

Big W has a huge range of homewares, clothing, sporting goods, green life and confectionery at value for money pricing. i like that they offer self serve checkouts for express service.
everyday there is something new i end up telling myself off for buying!!! bought way too many material shelves, containers, tubs, etc!!! now i shop for things to fill them all with!!

easy to find anything big shop there are plenty of people walking around so u can ask some one a question easy enough directed me perfect thanks also they even sell gardening epuiptment which not many stores do accept bunnings
