I had a problem with a BioBidet purchased from a Sydney company several years ago. The good folk at Bidets2go (Melbourne) talked me through a trouble-shooting procedure on the phone, and when the diagnosis became clear, offered me alternatives for repair or replacement. Since the repair was likely to cost half of the replacement cost (after I was given a nice discount off their already low listed price), I decided to go for a new unit. It was posted the next day, and received and installed the day after. If only everyone was as courteous, helpful and efficient. Excellent in all respects!

I have just purchased a Supreme BB-1000 from Bidets2go. The reason I chose this company was not only their price and the quality of the bidet, but after talking to a lot of other bidet companies, the staff at Bidets2go were so friendly, helpful, willing and went out of their way to make sure I was happy.
I am a woman and because of some medical problems I needed to buy a bidet. I had never used one before, but after one day, cannot imagine being without it. The remote makes using this bidet even easier and in fact it does everything except say Hello to one!!
I would recommend this bidet to anyone. It is hygienic, nice to look at, good quality and as one doesn't use toilet paper, good for the environment.

As an 80 year old, I found this product easy to assemble, install and operate.

I bought my first BB-1000 from bidets2go & it took only 2 days for delivery. The service was excellent & attentive. My email was always promptly replied.

In my travel, especially in Japan, I have used various bidet models & brands. This one is simple to use. Just like other models sell in Australia, it only comes in white which may not go well with your existing decor.

I installed the BB1000 unit within just 20 minutes. As a professional engineer I appreciated the quality of the plastics used in construction and the right-first-time no-leaks plumbing fittings. Clearly this unit has been designed and developed with longevity and trouble-free use in mind. The electronic controls have a nice solid, well-engineered feel to them and have been designed with ease of use as a primary goal. I wonder how I got by without such a bidet in earlier years?

We bought our first bidet from this business. The service was excellent - the salesman brought the product to our home without any obligation on our part to purchase it. His manner and the information he was able to provide was extremely helpful in our making our decision. There was absolutely no pressured talk and we were confident to make a decision fairly quickly on such a "socially delicate" product. Our water supply for our toilet is extremely hard and the salesman sent the first water filter free of charge explaining that there would be a charge for future filters. He assessed our bathroom requirements carefully so that it was easy to explain these to the tradesmen later.

We have the BB1000 Electronic Bidet with wireless remote at home. This bidet has lots of convenient features which I, as a woman, really love!

The design looks very nice and it fits really well in my existing toilet. The feminine wash water stream was very soft and effective. There was no delay of warm water supply. The warm air dry means there is no need for toilet paper! Finally, we're doing something good for the environment. All this while comfortably sitting on a heated seat :)
