I first contacted Jarrod in Nov 2012 in a panic because I was way behind on my tax returns and the tax office was demanding payment. Jarrod saw me immediately. Everything was explained carefully and concisely; good recommendations were put in place for future year planning.

Appointments were done via skype or over the phone with a shared screen and followed up via email as needed.

Value was great for the detail of the work provided; yes there are cheaper options but none of these would compare to the level of service provided.
