I had a few tax returns outstanding and was becoming increasingly concerned, so I did some research online and came across Beyond Accounting.

I made an enquiry online and shortly after was contacted by Jarrod.

To be frank, my record keeping was an absolute mess, but thankfully Jarrod was able to help me piece them together fairly easily. Pretty impressive excel skills ;)

Before we started Jarrod did some preparation and it turned out that I had 3 outstanding returns from the mid 2000s that I'd totally forgotten out. To my surprise in one of those instances the ATO actually owed me money!

After lodging multiple tax returns I was unable to repay the entire amount owed to the ATO in one lump sum, so Jarrod called them on my behalf to organise a payment plan which I'm very happy with.

Throughout the whole process Jarrod was very patient, friendly, knowledgeable and forth coming with great advice. I picked up a few things that will definitely help me going forward.

I have been with another accountancy firm in the past, and whilst they too were friendly and knowledgeable they certainly didn't go "above and beyond" like Jarrod did.

Truely 5 stars. Highly recommend.
