I had our carpets cleaned and they have turned out fabulous no mess dryer overnight completely rejuvenated and my recliner was steam cleaned looks great almost like new again very fussy operator and professional

Brilliant in every way. Originally, two incompetent young men turned my beautiful light-coloured carpet into a brown mess by drenching it with masses of chemicals and detergents. I demanded our money back and got it. Second man also didn't have the expertise to remove the brown staining. It looked OK for a day or two and the brown staining returned. In desperation, my daughter appealed to Scott to see if he could improve the situation. What a contrast. Not only is Scott the nicest business man you could ever wish to deal with, but he also has top expertise. He recognised the problem and first of all removed huge amounts of chemicals and detergents from the carpet, and then cleaned it so beautifully that it looks like new again. He also cleaned my light-coloured lounge suite, also with splendid results. I would recommend Scott to anyone. He is a gem in an industry that needs proper regulation, to get rid of the cowboys who don't know what they're doing.

Absolutely fantastic experience dealing with Scott from Bensons Cleaning, Scott advised of the best course of action for a mattress clean which was to actually replace rather then attempt to clean ultimately costing Scott a job. If not for his honesty I would have paid for a service that I did not need...I will certainly be using Bensons for all future cleans.

Had 8 seat couch cleaned by another company had to come back twice do the job and still wasn’t happy put up with it for a while, Then called Scott and 4 hours later our couch was like new again.

Scott arrived on time and was also well 'turned out'...maybe a small thing, but it gives us confidence when there's a good start! He took great care and skilfully cleaned our 17 year old suite thoroughly with his modern equipment. That care and skill left the suite looking virtually 'as new'! A great job-we'll get Scott to clean our carpets next year.
