Brilliant in every way. Originally, two incompetent young men turned my beautiful light-coloured carpet into a brown mess by drenching it with masses of chemicals and detergents. I demanded our money back and got it. Second man also didn't have the expertise to remove the brown staining. It looked OK for a day or two and the brown staining returned. In desperation, my daughter appealed to Scott to see if he could improve the situation. What a contrast. Not only is Scott the nicest business man you could ever wish to deal with, but he also has top expertise. He recognised the problem and first of all removed huge amounts of chemicals and detergents from the carpet, and then cleaned it so beautifully that it looks like new again. He also cleaned my light-coloured lounge suite, also with splendid results. I would recommend Scott to anyone. He is a gem in an industry that needs proper regulation, to get rid of the cowboys who don't know what they're doing.
