Ordered 2 tshirts from Beme they didn't fit to well, bought them on the 31st October printed out their print label for return and sent back on the 6th November and have not got a refund just getting an automated emails about seven of them of the same content, Assure me my ticket is still open and we are waiting on a response from another member of our team. We look forward to resolving this issue for you as soon as possible. About 7 emails l just want it sorted out be fore they go on Christmas break.

UPDATE: After a couple of weeks, and a lengthy exchange of e-mails, I today received notice from PayPal saying that the cost of the jumper will be refunded to my credit card. Thank you BeMe and PayPal.

I discovered BeMe during the current lockdown and thought that it would be handy to be able to purchase a bunch of disparate items from the same site (lambswool jumper, meat thermometer, cotton pillow cases — all nesting type items for use during these uncertain times).

When the jumper arrived, its wool was scratchier than any other lambswool I had ever felt. This is a problem, when the design of the jumper has a snug, roll down neck.

Meanwhile, the delivery package had included an adhesive backed return label that was surprisingly pre-printed with EziBuy’s address details — not the channel through which I purchased these items — as well as a returns slip. So I ticked the jumper box, on the returns slip, and went into the BeMe customer profile that I had created when I purchased the three items, downloaded a BeMe return label, and popped my return package back into the post.

BeMe customer service staff finally got back to answering my online question, although they still didn’t answer my query about where I could return the jumper: EziBuy, BeMe, Sara, etc. Instead, they belatedly said that I wouldn’t be allowed to return the jumper because it came from a third party — even though it was shipped, with the pillowcases, directly from BeMe’s warehouse.

According to Australia Post Tracking, BeMe has now taken back possession of the jumper, so I am without the jumper and, at the same time, being denied a refund for a product that was not fit for purpose.

Beware of this labyrinth of companies, brands and return policies. There are better retailers out there, with more honest and straightforward returns policies. I am now $90 out of pocket and will not be doing business with BeMe again.

I placed my online order on 6 November 2020, and was advised at that time it would arrive within 2-14 working days (not including weekends).

On 11 November 2020, Beme emailed to advise there would be slight delay on my purchase as they were changing warehouses

On 12 November 2020, Beme emailed that I would have my order by next week.

On 21 November 2020, Beme emailed a $20 discount code to apologise for the delay and once again advise my purchase would be with me as soon as possible. Ironically, when using the discount code it changed my 'free postage' to charge me $10 - so I didn't even get the full benefit of the discount code.

On 24 November 2020, I contacted Beme customer care to ask if there was a way I could collect my purchase from a local store as I was going away on holidays on 26 November.

On 25 November 2020, Beme emailed me back - they didn't answer my question, but advised my purchase was on its way and would arrive within 2-14 working days (not including weekends)

Today, I was advised by Australia Post that my purchase had been shipped to New Zealand - guess I won't be getting the clothes that I bought specifically for my holiday :-(

Fingers crossed my purchase might arrive before Christmas >:-(

P.S. the Beme link to their returns and exchanges policy (https://www.beme.com.au/returns-exchanges) doesn't help either as it just comes up with "page not found"

Did not receive all of my order, went to contact page and that was down, phoned the customer service which was automated directing you to the contact page! Not impressed, will not use this site or sister sites again.

So very disappointed with this company. I spent a lot of money buying new clothes for a family trip to Fiji in November 2019. When the clothes arrived they were all a little bit too big but I thought that allowing for shrinkage they would be fine after the holiday. How wrong was I. I washed all the clothes on our return and every single item shrunk so that I could not wear them at all. Suddenly they were skin tight on me. I bought shorts - tops - pants at least 6 of each. End result was clothes that are completely useless to me. Will definitely not buy from here again. When I called the company I was told I should have allowed for shrinkage. I wonder how much shrinkage is acceptable to them. They should tell you to order 3 sizes bigger than you need.

I have been buying form BeMe for two years now and have found this year that their tops shrink on first wash. It has been the rayon and viscose clothes. I bought four tops and ALL have shrunk. I tried to contact the company and they did not respond. Very disappointed with the quality and then not to have any response from the company will not see me buy anything from there again.

Oh my, this is one of my favorite stores. Most of my wardrobe is from BeMe. Finally a clothing store for real sized women. The clothes are of good quality, great price and don't look like old food sacks.

staff were very friendly and helpful. i was given a manicure set for becoming a member and customers are offered vouchers twice a year for there custom which i thought was a fantastic idea.it always nice to be rewarded for shopping at a store. i also took my mum in and she was joined up as well. mum went back on shopping day and was very pleased with her purchase and the quality of service. i was also encouraged to use lay if i was having trouble buying items. i was also offered extended lay bys as long as i payed my payments regularly
