Purchased a used item from Becextech and it is just terrific - just what I wanted and even in better condition than advertised (renewed open box). The delivery was great and it just typifies the type of service you can expect every time from them
Purchased camera first, as a caution in case I had any issues with it. Extremely pleased, and it was delivered before time. Then purchased lens, that to came before expected delivery date.
Overall very pleased , and responsive to my email queries about product and delivery status.
I purchased a OnePlus 10 Pro mobile phone via their website in early March 2022, however when it arrived the could not be used as it had a Chinese operating system. It was clearly a major issue and I requested a refund. BexecTech arranged a collection from my home (to their Hong Kong office) and acknowledged the issue but declined to process a refund citing that original items were missing.
After numerous emails back and forth (I was to discover they have a fake Australian address and contact number which belong to a shell company), they eventually advised the items missing were two small packaging items being a plastic phone cover and the white plastic clips keeping the charging cord in place during transit. Australian consumer law is very clear that packaging does not need to be returned if there is a major fault. All other hardware and packaging items were returned regardless.
They then returned the phone against my request stating they had fixed the firmware issue however the phone arrived back with the same Chinese operating system. Running out of excuses, they even stated it was my fault for knowingly purchasing a Chinese made phone that I should have also known had a Chinese operating system. This is equivalent to stating that Samsung phone users need to be from South Korea to use it. I have also used the previous models of the phone without a problem.
The company continue to promote and market itself as a business built for ‘local Australians’ but they have no physical presence here and have a blatant disregard for local consumer law and practices.
Please avoid.

Worst shopping experience ever! I ordered an iPhone X and they sent an iPhone 8. They reckon the screen was cracked when I sent back the iPhone 8 and have refused me a refund. They just keep trying to argue and say it is all my fault. Save yourself the stress and don't buy from this company.

Recieved a new phone (1200 bucks AU). Faulty and they didnt want to refund or replace on the first day. Went off to repair and came back all scratched screen and camera. Never repair . THEY REFUSE TO REFUND OT REPLACE ON DAY 1. battery drains like crazy.. Not worth saving 100 bucks over their website!!

I agree. I bought a video camera that arrived with a focus problem, I notified them the very same day it arrived, back in November 21. it should be replaced under their "7 day replacement " policy . But they are refusing.
Never, ever, ever, buying from them again.
10/10 for everything. Price was by far the most reasonable, online or in store. I was nervous about it since it was an important present, and customer service was lovely about it and responded to my queries within a couple of days. It was delivered far faster than I thought it would be too. Best online buying experience in a couple of years really.
I ordered a iPad from Becextech and I love it. I recieved it in just a few after I ordered it. I ordered a brand new iPad and that’s exactly what I got. I had never heard of Becextech until the day I browsed around the their site. They have a lot of good things to buy and the price is great. I checked some other websites and Becextech was cheaper than most other sites.
Absolutely Appalling. Price for a brand new mobile phone was competitive, but a month later, no phone. And they tell us that WE had to chase it up with the courier. We'll it's been stuck in customs at Melbourne airport, and BecexTech expect US to get it moving.
No other online retailer would do that. Oh, and we have certainly kept contacting their customer service people.

I'm most pleased with the shopping experience I encountered at BecexTech. The price was low, the quality of product, terrific and the service just great. I received my goods in timely fashion and in good condition. I'll be shopping with you again soon
My order was placed late on a Friday afternoon, processed the following Monday and shipped on Wednesday. The product I ordered arrived about 5 business days with no issues. BecexTech didn't call me in an attempt to upsell an extended warrantee or any other items. The transaction was seamless and I have will have no issue in ordering from BecexTech in the future.
