I booked in for a half leg wax and although it seemed expensive I thought I would try the 'homemade wax' that was described on their website. Unfortunately I found it to be very disappointing. My therapist was having a really bad day, and had the wax on way too hot. She also took over an hour to complete the job. In the end her manager came to the rescue and fixed me up quickly and painlessly so she was great. Perhaps if I had a different therapist my experience would have been more positive, but sadly I wont be going back.
On the plus, they acknowledged the situation and didn't charge me for my treatment.

These guys are great. The staff are friendly and helpful and know their stuff.
If you book in with a student there the prices are excellent.

I went to Beauty on Ryrie for the first time on the recommendation of a friend. I got a manicure and a pedicure and was very happy with the results. Neda was lovely and very professional. The atmosphere and range of services is wonderful. Not sure if this is a regular thing, but they serve their hot drinks with these amazing home made cornflake biscuits (YUM!!). I was very happy with my experience and wil keep coming back!!!
We are glad you enjoyed your treatments! and yes our home made biscuits are a permanent treat that are served with every hot drink. Next time you are in getting your manicure or pedicure why not try our new OPI shelac nail polish!!!! It lasts between 1-4 weeks without chipping...
I go here for my waxing and the therapists are just lovely! Very professional and sell a great range of products! It's a lovely, relaxing environment and I would highly recommend it!

We are happy for you to know all our staff have now completed a period of training with our wax (as it differs from normal waxes). What a shame you can't recognise good customer service when you receive it. You got a free leg wax in the end & you still wouldn't go back? Nice looking after local business. I don't know anywhere that offers that customer is always right service anymore.
