Dr Chris looks after our 6 year old Boxer Sari, he is caring and kind and the mobile service is very convenient especially when I was heavily pregnant with our second child. Highly recommend to a growing family.

My new Ridgeback puppy has a habit of eating everything. She was behaving a little strangely and I couldn't find one of my son's socks. Dr Chris responded to my call very quickly and thought that Penny ate the sock. He prescribed a drug to bring on vomiting and up came the sock. He was very reassuring and it was so helpful he could come to our house as it was before Penny could be immunized.

Our dog Minx was distressed with eye infection. We called Bayside Mobile Vet and Chris came and cleaned her eyes ,put drops in and showed us how to treat her for the next few days. Chris was helpful and caring.Minx's eyes have recovered.

Sally, my 94 year old Mother's cat, had been her companion for 20 years. Unfortunately Sally developed paralysis in her back legs and was unable to walk. Sally always stayed very close to home and was terrified of car travel. So when I suggested taking Sally to a Vet, my Mother was adamant that she did not want her to experience the fear and trauma associated with the cat box, the car ride and a visit.

On phoning Bayside Mobile Vet, the owner Chris, said he would be at the house within the hour. When my Mother greeted him at the door she was reluctant to admit him fearing the worst. Chris suggested to Mum that he examine the cat and discuss his assessment with her. It was evident that the cat was very ill with multiple problems and would not improve. With this information my Mother accepted the inevitable. Sally was euthanased and passed away peacefully.

Having this home visit made the situation so much more acceptable to the elderly owner, my Mother, and the empathy shown by Chris was amazing. It engendered confidence such that my Mother was sure she was making the right decision.

I recently had the vet from Bayside Mobile Vet out to our house to see our dog Fergus. Fergus became sick very suddenly and it would have been very difficult to take him and my toddler to the vet. Dr Chris came out that afternoon and was fantastic with Fergus (who hates travelling) and he made a quick recovery. I thought the service was very reasonably priced as well given I didn't have to load the dog and my child into the car. It saved me a lot of time and gave me peace of mind about Fergus. Highly recommended and I will use them again.
