I highly recommend this service, Lea is fantastic with my staffy who totally adores her and loves being washed by her. My now deceased foxy was very unsure of anyone other than myself touching/holding him but quickly warmed to Lea and enjoyed his bath, he wasn't keen on the blow dryer but Lea spoke to him in a calming voice and offered treats to relax him which worked wonderfully. All my pets love Lea and her services. My cat who isn't generally interested in many people also loves Lea. Again, I highly recommend this service Lea is great with all animals, their owners, and does a fantastic job. She is reasonably priced and I often tell her she's worth more than she charges!
Only and always use this service. Have a very nervous dog and Lea not only calms her but pampers her to perfection. Very professional , great service, reliable and very reasonable rates. Wouldn’t even think of trying any other service. She excels in her care.

Have used this service a few times. My little dog was anxious and unsure but after using this service for the 2nd time he could not wait to get in the van. Both dogs are well looked after and look a million dollars when finished. Highly recommend this business, friendly, professional and worth the money. thank you so much. :)
Excellent service. Reliable, friendly and great value for money. My dogs just love her. One dog was nervous first time but her dog handling skills calmly reassured him and he really loves his pamper session now. They look and smell just amazing for weeks afterwards. Obviously uses the best quality products to get such a 'show room' quality polished finish. A true artist. Turned my 2 big scruffy dogs into (dare I say it) cat walk superstars! Everyone comments on how good my dogs look.
Best to book well in advance though as so popular.

Now that i have been to a worse dog groomer, that cut 4 quicks and didn't even cut all the nails as i begged him to stop, this dog groomer isn't so bad

Im sorry you were dissatisfied with your service. The rate charged is based on distance travelled and urgency, which was explained to you before hand. No dog is ever treated poorly, and you were present whilst I clipped your dogs nails. I would like yo hear your reason for feeling this way over a calm. As you can see from all other reviews, my reputation with fogs has been outstanding and I do pride myself on this. I would love to hear how I can improve my services. Thank you.,
Okay so you say rate was based on distance traveled and urgency. You didn't travel much at all, just down the street and there was no urgency. And you did not explain anything before hand. You stated you charge $15 if in the area , which you were. For some unknown reason you decided to charge me $20. I thought maybe because it was my puppies first time, so more time needed. It was inappropriate to not allow me to give my puppy treats while you tried to trim his nails. Treats should be given during, not after. You did not trim all his nails for starters, as he was distressed as you came without your dog van and then you tried to file his nails with an battery filer, which scared him immensely. So you left them unfiled. We had gaping big scratches that bled profusely on our legs from those unfiled nails. I would consider that poor treatment of a dog, wrapping him up and getting me to hold him while he was scared and squirming out because you did not come in your van, which was not told to me until you arrived. Another dog groomer always uses a hand file for the first time and treats during the nail trimming. So you charged me $20 while you were down the street that morning for a job less than half done. $10 would of been more appropriate. The only reason you have all good reviews is because you remove the bad reviews!!!
