I purchased a bag online. The description on their website clearly stated that it came with backpack straps, which is why I chose the item. After it arrived, I couldn't figure out where the backpack straps were hidden, so I emailed them to ask. They responded to say that it had no backpack straps. When I went to check the website description, the mention of backpack straps had disappeared. Their email made no reference to the shifty change to the website that had occurred after I sent my email, and seemed to imply that I was the one who had made a mistake. Luckily, I had a print out. They then told me they didn't have time to proofread all descriptions because they have so many products and that customers should contact them with enquiries about features of the items before purchasing. I eventually got a partial refund after extensive efforts. I strongly advise against trusting this business as their conduct was misleading and deceptive and they seem to expect consumers to bear the burden of figuring out what features their products do and don't have rather than being able to rely on the marketing information provided.

I bought a Travelon anti thief shoulder bag from Bagworld which the shoulder strap had rusted after 12 months.
Contacted both Travelon and Bagworld sent photos and other info to both companies.
Travelon replaced the bag without any trouble as this was an old style and no longer made I chose another style. This was sent while Bagworld were still discussing the problem.
Thank you Travelon and a big raspberry to Bagworld.

They were despatched very quickly and were great quality too.
The price was also reasonable.

I purchased a Pacsafe Metrosafe RFID Blocking Anti Theft shoulder bag. There was a small flaw in the inside mesh pocket
which worried me as I thought general wear and tear would make it larger and small items eventually fall through.

After contacting Bagworld I was told to return the bag (they provided a postage-paid return label because the bag was
faulty) and I received a new shoulder bag.

There wasn't any stress to the return and the new item was despatched quickly.

I thought the after-sales service was excellent and the product is of a very high standard and I'm very impressed. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

When I need more travel gear I will have no hesitation in buying from this company.
