James had always been most helpful for me over the phone. Always been prompt and efficient. He was very helpful, efficient, effective & considerate (went beyond his duties, I was distressed & he took care of the problem, explaining the situation in what felt like a moment and letting me know of other issues that may arise (things not explained to me could cause a fire, etc). I will refer him and your company to whoever has an electrical problem. APEC Contractors answered my distress call immediately & James was here to fix the problem within an hour of that call. Outstanding service and employee!!
