Joe has fixed my appliances in two occasions. Once was a Miele dishwasher. I called the Miele company- guy took one look at it and said we have to repair the parts and it will cost me $1000 or get a new one. It didn’t sit right with me so I decided to call Joe. Joe solved the problem. It was a little metal thing that was stuck and making all that noise .once removed, the Dushwasher worked perfectly . He thought out of the box and saved me money . With my washing machine, he looked at it and was honest about not able to get the parts as the brand was discontinued and advised me which brand to get.

I called this guy, Joe, after reading the existing review. Very happy! He replaced my oven and grill elements and showed me he was using quality original parts (unlike the previous repair guy). He was honest and friendly. I asked about my fridge seals too, and instead of just telling me to replace them (which he could have charged me for), he offered advice on freshening them up so they seal better, which cost nothing. Good price. Definitely recommend him.

He came to fix a problem with my grill, and besides being prompt, friendly and providing good value, he fixed a problem that the repairman who had come to fix it on warranty had not picked up. Now my oven finally works how it should.
